Land Resource Management
Sinopec Corp. complies with national laws and regulations and industry protocols related to land management, such as the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Urban Real Estate Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Black Soil Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Implementation of Land Reclamation Regulations, and the land Use Control indicators for Oil and Gas Engineering Projects, etc., integrating the concept of " green and efficient" throughout the entire process of land management. In 2023, the Company revised the Sinopec Land Management Measures for the fifth time, and formulated the Sinopec Land Management Operation Guidance Opinions, continuously deepening full-process land management and promoting efficient allocation of land resources.
