Thickened by high-temperature thickening agent, this product series is made from first grade mineral base oil with multi-effect agent through special technical process. Its highest operating temperature is 180ºC~200ºC.

BHP High-temperature Bearing Grease 

Characteristics 

· Higher dropping point and can meet the lubricating requirements up to 150ºC 

· With high quality anti-wear addtives, this product can satisfy ordinary level of extreme pressure 

Applications 

· It is applicable for the lubricating of small and medium-sized precision bearing and miniature– type bearings under high temperature environment 

· Particularly applicable for the lubricating of low noise sealed bearings and high temperature motor bearing as well as various types of water pump bearings, also used for lubricating and protection of other rolling bearings under high temperature environment

BLU-A Bearing Grease 

Characteristics

· Excellent silence performance, particularly significantly reduce the noise of bearings when used in deep groove ball bearings with inner diameter ≥30mm

Applications 

· It is applicable for various types of small and medium-sized low noise sealed bearings, particularly applicable for low noise deep groove ball bearings 

· Applied in the deep groove ball bearings with inner diameter ≥30mm, its vibration value is 2dB ~4dB lower than that of the ordinary low noise grease 

· Be able to effectively protect the bearings from rust under the water vapor or humid environments 

· Be able to meet the requirements for lubricating bearings of high-temperature motors and high- temperature fans 

· Not recommended using this product under the low speed and heavy load conditions
