Shengli Oilfield Shengji Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 1964, and formerly, it was named as General Machinery Plant of Shengli Petroleum Administration SINOPEC. The company was successfully reformed on Oct 9, 2007 and became a limited company.The company is engaged mainly in the design, manufacture, marketing and servicing of mechanical products for petroleum industry. The plant lies in Dongying City, the Yellow River Delta, and an area in the northeast of Shandong Provice with favorable geographical situation, developed transportation and communication.

There are strong technical powers, complete hot & cold processing equipments and advanced processes. Original fixed asset of the compang is 197 million yuan RMB.There areover 800 sets of capital equipments, Its industrial area covers an area of 71 hectares and the total construction area is 15.8 hectares.

Main products include tubing & casing and its coupling, pumping units, sucker rod pumps, wellheads and X-mas trees, blowout preventer BOP, casing head, equipment for tertiary recovery, type Ⅰ&Ⅱ pressure vessel, multionmial collector for oil well, valves of wellhead and packer etc. In the meantime the company can take up installation and repairing of engineering facilities, well cleanout by ultrasonic wave, pipeline corrosion protection and so on.

The company obtained licenses of manufacturing Ⅰ&Ⅱ kinds of pressure vessels in 1986, and got ISO 9001 quality system certification in October 1996. Tubing & casing and its coupling, pumping units, sucker rod pumps, wellheads & X-mas trees and blowout prevener were authorized to use API monograms. National level production licenses had been got for pumping units, subsurface pumps and blowout preventer. With complete equipments, advanced technology, perfect measuring instruments and stable quality products, the company becomes an enterprise of first-degree measuring certificate. The company was awarded the title of “one of the ten most promising petroleum tubes manufacturers of 2004: by China Petroleum & Petro-Chemical Equipment Industry Association.
