Sinopec Refinery Product Sales Co., Ltd. was officially renamed and established in 2012 based on the former Sinopec Asphalt Sales Branch Company which was founded in 2004.

Headquartered in Shanghai, Sinopec Refinery Product Sales Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec, is responsible for the sales and procurement of liquefied petroleum gas, asphalt, petroleum coke, sulphur, isooctane, paraffin and other refining products within Sinopec. The Company is the largest specialized refining products marketing enterprise in China, with the annual operating revenue approaching RMB 100 billion (USD 15.625 billion) and an annual tax of RMB 1 billion (USD 156 million). Taking a leading position in market share in China, the Company created nearly RMB 1.5 billion (USD 234 million) of brand value for the flagship product “DONGHAI BRAND” asphalt in 2021.

The Company has an extensive marketing network, including 6 regional representative offices in South China, East China, Central China, North China, West China and Shandong Province, 4 subsidiaries in Dazhou, Jingmen, Qingdao and Shanghai Free Trade Zone, and many offices and outlets attached to Sinopec’s 30 petrochemical and oilfield subsidiaries, with business covering products development, procurement, marketing, transportation, service, etc.

The Company has an advanced management structure with the first-class business operation, logistics deployment and corporate management IT platform. The customer relationship management system, the logistics deployment system, the digital warehousing system and the digital delivery system are fully integrated through the resource planning management system. Our management structure not only supports the Company’s business and operation in all respects, but also provides customers with integrated transportation of railway, highway and waterway and advantaged logistic services.
