Sinopec SenMei(Fujian)Petroleum Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred as ‘‘Sinopec SenMei’’ is jointly invested by Sinopec, ExxonMobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Company Limited and Saudi Aramco Sino Company Limited with equity ratio of 55%,22.5% and 22.5% with a registered capital of RMB 1.84billion. As the first provincial level processed oil marketing joint venture in China, the company acquired business license on March 28, 2007 and started official operation on July 24, 2007.

As the biggest processed oil supplier in Fujian province, Sinopec SenMei is mainly engaged in the wholesale, retail, storage, throughput and transport of the processed oil, lubricant and other petroleum products, operation of convenience stores of service stations, car washing, lubricant replacement and other auxiliary services.

By the end of year 2011, Sinopec SenMei is operating 820 service stations, 11 terminals (4 rental terminals included), with around 10,000 employees. Sinopec SenMei sets up 12 departments and 4 functional centers in the Headquarter and 9 branch offices in 9 municipalities within Fujian Province.

In 2011, with the strong support by Sinopec and other shareholders, Fujian Provincial Government, and under leadership of board of directors, Sinopec SenMei has fulfilled the primary mission of “expanding market and increasing sales”, developing the retail network, enhancing the marketing ability, and working on Standardization system building, HSE management, and brand building, in an effort to boost the company’s soft power. The company has greatly increased its processed oil sales volume and total profit. The HSE practice and advanced experiences are spread to the public by Fujian Provincial Government and Sinopec SenMei has successfully become the first state-level pilot enterprise in commercial service field on possessed oil. Sinopec SenMei has launched a series of campaigns such as “building a highly responsible & reputable enterprise”, “Serving the public and Creating Best Customer experience’’, “Sharing best practices and sales contest” to enhance the service and satisfaction of employees and customers. The company has always adhered to principle of fair trade and business morality and strictly monitored the product quality and fulfilled the social responsibility to guarantee the supply of processed oil in Fujian. “Every drop of oil is a commitment”, Sinopec SenMei’s long-persistent philosophy and its good social image has been recognized by Fujian Provincial Party committee, local government and well accepted by consumers.
