Zhang Shaofeng, Chairman of Board of Supervisors of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Zhang is a professor level senior accountant with a master’s degree in business administration. In December 2008, he was appointed as Chief Accountant and Member of the CPC Committee of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC); in July 2017, he was appointed as General Manager of Finance Department of CNPC (中國石油天然氣集團公司) and served concurrently as General Manager of Finance Department of PetroChina Company Limited; in December 2017, he was appointed as General Manager of Finance Department of CNPC (中國石油天然氣集團有限公司) and served concurrently as General Manager of Finance Department of PetroChina Company Limited; in July 2020, he was appointed as Member of the Leading Party Member Group and Chief Accountant of China Petrochemical Corporation. In September 2020, he was elected as Director of Sinopec Corp.; in May 2021, he was elected as Chairman of Board of Supervisors of Sinopec Corp.
