Recently, over 70 volunteers from Sinopec Hong Kong attended the beach clean-up and tree-planting campaigns respectively in Shek O Beach and Ma On Shan Country Park of Hong Kong. 

In 2012, Sinopec released its first 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘗𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘯 𝘌𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 and kicked off the 2 campaigns of beach clean-up and country park green activities in Hong Kong. In 2018 and 2024 respectively, Sinopec launched the first and second phases of its Green Enterprise Action Plan and joined the Alliance to End Plastic Waste (AEPW) in 2019.
