Hello everyone, I am Rajesh Kuttappan from India, and I currently serve as the SP910 medic for Sinopec Service Kuwait. Since joining Sinopec 8 years ago, I have dedicated myself to safeguard every employee's physical and mental health.🩺

Every two weeks, I conduct medical examinations for all our 80 on-site employees to keep them informed of their health status. During Ramadan or amidst seasonal and climate changes, I give practical health tips and collaborate with drilling rig managers to adjust work and shifts flexibly, so that the employees can work under optimal conditions.

I also focus on the staff's mental well-being, providing timely employee assistance program (EAP) counseling to help my colleagues maintain an optimistic mindset.
