The first session of the welder training program for Tilenga project was just kicked off in Uganda, a country with an all-year-round comfortable climate. SINOPEC's master welder Wang Honghui and his team have imparted welding skills to 38 Ugandan trainees, including 12 females. Through the program, SINOPEC aims to train more skilled professionals for Uganda and thus contribute to the prosperity of the country's petroleum industry.  #MemoriesOnTheRoad
