"I have many books. I love calligraphy and history, and I love LI Bai (a famous Chinese poet)!" Sheikha Anoud, a member of the Royal family of Kuwait, expressed her love for Chinese culture and books in Chinese during the launch ceremony of the "Chinese Bookshelf" project.

Recently, Sinopec donated over 3,000 books for this project to China Cultural Center in Kuwait, covering various subjects, such as Chinese history, culture, tourism and cuisine. With books as medium, Sinopec is committed to building a cultural bridge and promoting mutual understanding among the people from different cultures.
