🏗️Recently, the amine absorber (867-C-4201), the core equipment of the Jafurah II Project (GPT4), has been successfully lifted and installed by Sinopec Heavy Lifting and Transportation Co., Ltd（SLT）in Saudi Arabia.

⚙️Weighing nearly 1,700 tonnes, it is the heaviest single unit in the project and posed the greatest hoisting challenge. During the installation, the team operated a 4,000-tonne main crawler crane to do the main lifting and used a 1600-tonne tail crane assisted in tailing operations in close coordination. This enabled the equipment to be lifted, aligned, and positioned successfully in one go. 🎯

As a key project supporting Saudi Vision 2030, the Jafurah unconventional natural gas project will significantly expand Saudi Arabia’s natural gas supply capacity. SLT will continue to advance subsequent construction work steadily and promote China-Saudi energy cooperation. 🤝
