Sinopec SenMei (Fujian) Petroleum Company Limited （hereinafter called "Sinopec SenMei"） is a joint venture of Sinopec, ExxonMobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Company Limited and Saudi Aramco Sino Company Limited with equity ratio of 55%、22.5% and 22.5% with the registered capital of RMB 1.84 billion. As the first provincial level processed oil marketing joint venture in China, the company acquired business license on March 28, 2007 and started official operation on July 24, 2007.

As the biggest processed oil supplier in Fujian province, Sinopec SenMei is operating about 750 service stations and 18 terminals. The company is mainly engaged in the wholesale, retail, storage, throughput and transport of the processed oil, lubricant and other petroleum products, operation of convenience stores of service stations, car washing, lubricant replacement and other auxiliary services.
